Our Story — Professional Dog Groomer Since 2009
✦
Sylvia is a professional dog groomer based in Lanarkshire. What began as one groomer's passion for dogs has grown into two boutique salons — Glenboig and Holytown.
Meet the owner
Sylvia
A qualified professional groomer since 2009, Sylvia also holds a pedagogical qualification and has worked as a vocational instructor for over 11 years, teaching grooming skills and animal care to students entering the profession. Her hands-on, patient approach shapes every treatment at Dog Beauty by Sylvia.
From first puppy trims to specialist spa therapy for sensitive skin, Sylvia and her team treat every pet as though it were their own — and warmly welcome you and your companions to either salon.
Passionate about passing the craft on, Sylvia trains future groomers with the same care and exacting standards she brings to every appointment.

Spa & skincare
The Tauro Pro Line 6-in-1 ozone spa was introduced, adding hydro-massage, milky spa and light therapy for dogs with sensitive skin, irritation or dull coats.
Today

Dog Beauty by Sylvia now welcomes clients at two dedicated salons — Glenboig and Holytown — both run to the same exacting standard by Sylvia and her team.
